1. Why these three compounds together?

2. Can I take this every day?
No. Limit to 2–3 times per week. Phenibut builds tolerance rapidly and should never be used on consecutive days. Fladrafinil should also be cycled to support liver health.

3. How does this compare to modafinil?
Fladrafinil is a modafinil prodrug analog — same mechanism class, slightly faster onset, shorter duration. The addition of L-Theanine and Phenibut FAA addresses the two most common complaints about modafinil: overstimulation and emotional flatness.

4. Will it affect my sleep?
If dosed before 10 AM, most users report no sleep disruption. Fladrafinil's active duration is 6–8 hours. Avoid afternoon dosing.
