Nootropics are substances — often dietary supplements — that people use to support mental performance such as focus, memory, motivation, or stress resilience. They are not magic, and effects vary. They work best alongside good sleep, nutrition, and movement.
Some compounds (e.g., Phenylpiracetam, Phenibut) are not beginner daily tools. Understand risks and consult a clinician first.
Alpha-GPC or CDP-Choline; pick one. Both provide the acetylcholine precursor your brain needs for focus and memory — doubling up is unnecessary.
If your base already includes a choline source (e.g., Alpha-GPC in a pre-made stack), skip Step 2 — no need to double up.
Caffeine note: If you're caffeine-sensitive, Lion's Mane, Theanine, Bacopa, and Ashwagandha enable fully caffeine-free stacks with zero stimulant load.
Sleep note: Take stimulating compounds (Caffeine + NALT, Phenylpiracetam) before 2 PM. Theanine and Ashwagandha are safe closer to evening.
GI note: Bacopa and high-dose Alpha-GPC can cause mild GI discomfort in some users. Take with a meal containing healthy fats for better absorption and fewer side effects.
Anxiety note: If anxiety-prone, avoid Phenibut and high-dose caffeine. L-Theanine and Ashwagandha KSM-66 are calming choices.

A nootropic stack is a combination of two or more cognitive-enhancing compounds taken together for synergistic effects. Beginner stacks use conservative dosages and well-researched compounds to minimise risk while maximising results.
Start with the lowest effective dose and take the stack at the same time each day, ideally with a meal containing healthy fats. After 4–6 weeks, take a 1-week break to prevent tolerance. Track focus, mood, and sleep in a journal.
Our beginner stacks use widely-studied compounds with established safety profiles at recommended dosages. However, if you take prescription medications — especially SSRIs, blood thinners, or stimulants — consult your physician first.
