Independent Lab Tested Batch-Matched Reports UAE-Optimized Storage

Quality & COA Library

We don't ask you to "trust us." We show you the batch/lot and the COA — so quality claims are verifiable, not just marketing.

  • Batch/lot traceability (match your label to the report)
  • Third-party analytical documentation (methods + results)
  • UAE-aware handling (shipping heat + storage guidance)

Find your COA (fast)

1
Locate the batch/lot on your product label (a quick photo is fine).
2
Match the lot to the COA in the library below (or use the COA link on the product page).
3
Save the PDF for your records — especially in the UAE, where shipping conditions can vary.
Important
If your label is missing a batch/lot number or the COA link doesn't load, don't guess — contact support with your order number + a label photo.

Testing panels can differ by compound and lab. Always defer to the Methods / Scope section on the COA for what was (and wasn't) tested.

What a COA should prove (and what it shouldn't)

A COA is documentation that connects a specific batch to lab analysis. At a minimum, a useful COA should help answer:

1
Identity: Is it the right compound? Common methods: FTIR, LC-MS/MS, MS, etc.
2
Purity / assay: How much of it is the target compound? Common method: HPLC
3
Traceability: Does the document match your batch/lot?
4
Scope clarity: What was tested — and what wasn't

Not every COA includes every possible contaminant panel. Some reports focus on identity/purity only. If you need a specific panel (metals/solvents/micro, etc.), ask support and we'll tell you what documentation exists for your batch.

How to verify a COA (quick checklist)

  • Exact product name (not "close enough")
  • Batch/lot matches your label
  • Lab name + contact details present
  • Test date is plausible for that batch
  • Methods are stated (HPLC / LC-MS / FTIR, etc.)
  • Results include numbers (not only "PASS")

Frequently Asked Questions

Are COAs batch-specific?
COAs only matter when they match a real batch/lot. Always match the lot on your unit to the lot shown on the COA.
Do COAs guarantee legality or regulatory status?
No. A COA is a lab document about analysis results. Legality depends on ingredient classification, labeling, and import context.
What if my label and COA don't match?
Pause. Take photos of the label + packaging and contact support with your order number. Don't "assume" a mismatch is fine.
Why do some COAs look different?
Different labs and methods produce different report formats. What matters is: batch match, methods stated, and real results.
What methods should I expect to see?
Commonly HPLC for purity/assay and LC-MS/MS or similar methods for identity confirmation (varies by compound and lab).
I'm in the UAE — does shipping heat matter?
Heat and last-mile delivery conditions can matter. Receive parcels quickly and store as directed.
