Dubai: 4-hour & Same-Day
Dubai Delivery How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Usually same-day, with a 4-hour option shown at checkout during the day. Order before the cut-off and we’ll deliver by evening.
Dubai Delivery What are the cut-offs and delivery windows?
Same-day: order before your cut-off to receive by ~10pm. 4-hour: order before ~6pm (currently served from Al Quoz).
If you miss a cut-off, we’ll book the next available window.
Dubai Delivery Will the driver call or WhatsApp me?
Yes. Keep your phone handy during your window and add building/gate notes at checkout for smooth hand-off.
Dubai Delivery I wasn’t home. What happens next?
No worries. Reply to your tracking SMS/email with your preferred time (e.g., 10am–1pm or 5–8pm). We’ll arrange the next attempt.
Dubai Delivery Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for eligible Dubai addresses (you’ll see it at checkout). Please prepare the exact amount; proof-of-delivery is provided.

UAE-wide Delivery Do you cover the whole UAE?
Yes. Next-day coverage across all seven emirates. Most of our deliveries go to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, so next-day outside Dubai is routine, not the exception. Order before the cut-off to receive by evening.
UAE-wide Delivery When should I expect my UAE order?
Plan for delivery by end-of-day when ordered before the cut-off. We’ll update you if anything changes and book the earliest window.

UAE-wide Delivery My address is in a freezone or gated area. Can you deliver?
Some freezones and gated compounds restrict courier access, which can put your order on hold as undeliverable. The fix is easy: give us a reachable hand-off point (your building reception, a security gate, or a nearby home/office address) and add any access notes at checkout. Already ordered? Message us your order number and an alternative drop-off and we’ll re-book right away.
UAE-wide Delivery What happens if the driver can't reach me at all?
The driver will call/WhatsApp during your window and we’ll re-attempt if you’re unavailable. If we can’t reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel is returned to us (return-to-origin). Nothing is lost. We’ll contact you to re-book delivery or arrange a refund. To avoid this, keep your phone handy and reply to the tracking SMS/email with a time that suits you.
International (DHL Express)
DHL Delivery How long do international DHL deliveries take?
Most arrive in about 4–6 business days. Customs can add time in some countries. Your DHL tracking page shows the most up-to-date estimate.
DHL Delivery How long to my country?
As a guide: KSA ~4–5d, UK/US ~5d, AU/CA ~6d. Some routes are faster; customs may add time. We’ll keep you updated via your tracking link.
DHL Delivery About DHL’s tracking dates
DHL’s dates are estimates and can shift with flights or customs. If your parcel goes beyond your window, message us and we’ll escalate with DHL right away.
DHL Delivery What does “Exception” mean?
It’s a temporary stop, often a customs check or local delivery event. You usually don’t need to do anything. We monitor these and will update you. If an item can’t clear, we’ll offer a reship, split shipment, or a refund.

Order Status Why does my order say “On-Hold”?
We’re just checking something, usually a quick address/phone confirm or packaging step. Your tracking link shows the latest. If we need anything, we’ll text or email you right away.
Payments & COD Payment options (incl. COD)
We accept major cards and, where offered, Cash on Delivery locally. If COD isn’t shown for your basket/area, choose card payment.
Payments & COD Can I switch my COD order to prepaid?
Yes. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, message us your order number and we’ll send a secure payment link. Once paid, your order ships as prepaid: no cash needed at the door and hand-off is faster.
Order Status How do I cancel my order?
Message us your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel and refund right away. If it’s already with the courier, we’ll recall it, and your refund is processed once the parcel is back with us. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Returns & Refunds Returns & refunds (local deliveries)
We’ll arrange a pickup and confirm the time by SMS/WhatsApp. Keep items sealed/unopened. Once received and checked, refunds are processed quickly.

We can’t provide legal advice. Rules differ by country and customs. If an item is flagged, we’ll ship the rest now and hold/cancel the flagged item. We’ll keep you updated at every step.
